Other Information: We cultivate in organic farming exclusively with copper, sulfur and bentonite, manual and night harvest, total repudiation of the chemical in the cellar, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, no use of any chemical agent and no added Sulphur dioxide, no filtration or stabilization give an idea of what is our corporate philosophy. Seven different grapes in a old Vineyards from my grandfather Emauretto, it was the Old Classic Farm Wine in Abruzzo
